Our passion is childhood, and we love what we do
Our school was founded on a simple belief: children learn best when they are trusted. Inside our prepared classrooms, boys and girls choose their own work, move freely between activities and stay with a task for as long as their concentration lasts. Our teachers observe quietly, step in gently, and let discovery do the teaching.
Every room is arranged at child height, with real materials that invite touching, pouring, sorting, building and comparing. Nothing is decorative. Each object on the shelf has a purpose, and each purpose leads a child one small step further towards independence.
What guides us
- Follow the child. Lessons are given one to one, at the moment a child is ready for them.
- Freedom within limits. Children choose their work; the ground rules of care and respect never change.
- Mixed-age classrooms. Younger children learn by watching, older children learn by teaching.
- Hands before books. Abstract ideas are met first through concrete, beautiful materials.
- Grace and courtesy. Kindness is taught as deliberately as counting and reading.
Our teachers
Our directresses and assistants are trained in the Montessori method and hold current first-aid certification. They are chosen as much for their warmth as for their qualifications, because a child who feels safe is a child who is ready to learn.
Our environment
Sunlit classrooms, a fenced garden, a reading corner, an art studio and a kitchen where children prepare their own snacks. The building is secured, the play surfaces are soft, and every adult on the premises has been background-checked.
